I posted this weeks ago and thought it would be an awesome workout to try. Unfortunately, at that point I had a cast on my foot and a very fresh incision. Now 6 weeks later, I decided to give it a try — minus the 10 minute run. I replace the 10 minute run a brief 10 minute Yoga session — much safer on the feet!
Overall, I loved this workout. It is varied, unique and definitely provides a challenge. I’d do it again!
Although, ice may be my best friend for the rest of the day.





I saw something like this on Pinterest and wanted to try it! I think it’s perfect when you dont necessarily have the time to head to the gym or have a long workout. Thanks girl!
