Can you all believe July is pretty much over? This month flew by and you know what that means. It is time for another Foodie Penpal Reveal. My penpal this month was Lauren from Part Time House Wife. If you haven’t visited Lauren’s blog, you need to check it out. She has so many awesome recipes. When I first visited Lauren’s blog and saw all of her amazing recipes, I knew this month’s package was going to be amazing! This package seriously exceeded my expectations of amazing and then some!

Despite the fact that USPS left my package outside only half bagged in the middle of a storm, the contents of my package survived.  I just had a very wet box to open!

I’ve everything in this package and everything was amazing. I couldn’t even begin to tell you what my favorite and least favorite items were! Thank you Lauren for an awesome package!

When it comes that time again to send out Foodie Pen Pal packages, I seriously cannot wait to get my mail that week. It’s like a kid at Christmas time. This month I was paired with Rachael, the blogger at Ready to Get Sweaty and she sent me an amazing package! I sent a package to Lyndsa, the blogger at Thinspiration.

Rachael sent me an adorable package filled with plenty of tasty, yet mostly healthy snacks. I had indicated to Rachael that I was on the look-out for healthy snacks since I am constantly on the go and she created “Michelle’s Snack Bag” for me!

Isn’t her hand-written note adorable?

Beneath the note was this wonderful package:

The reusable bag is perfect for packing a lunch or snacks!

Inside I found, plenty of awesome treats:

My package included: Boston Cookies (a local item) in Chocolate Chip, a Cliff Kid’s bar, a Luna Bar, 100 calorie popcorn, Zico coconut water, Justin’s Peanut Butter, Justin’s Almond Butter, a Whole Foods 365 Cherry Fruit Strip, Barbara’s Snackimals and Crispy Green Dried Asian Pears.

My package also included, this: Simply Salsa Mix…the mix smelt great and tasted even better when I made it!

Thank you Rachael for an awesome package!!

(Click on the graphic, you guys should all check it out for next month!)

My food pen-pal was Emily at Wanderlust Cowgirl. Emily hit it right on the button when it comes to awesome, tasty, healthy and unique snack choices. My snacks are long gone and they were delicious! My favorite would have to be the date pieces; I haven’t had those in years and I love  them! Emily’s mom also made some amazing Mango granola, like Emily said it goes great with yogurt!

Make sure to check out Emily’s blog!

If you’d like to see what I sent, check out Cupcake Kelly’s (another great blog!)
